Promotion Policy

  1. All payments must be paid in full to reserve and hold the stock for a maximum of 3 months from the end of promotion date.
  2. Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE.
  3. Additional or follow-up quantities after the promotion period will be charged at normal prices.
  4. Promotions apply to ex-stock only with exceptions to Cherry Hilton Customised and Modular furniture which are by special indent orders.
  5. Customised furniture confirmed during the promotion must be fully paid for.
  6. Confirmed and paid purchases are NOT REFUNDABLE.
  7. Our stock quantity varies everyday. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure order quantities are enough for the entire job, including expected additional or follow-up quantities. Customers are also accountable for their own wastages.
  8. An EXCHANGE will be subjected to a 10% handling fee and can only be done during the promotion period or within 3 months after the end of promotion date. Transportation and all costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged goods will be charged at normal prices.
  9. Goods sold under CLEARANCE will not be restocked. We shall not be responsible for any insufficient quantities.
