  1. RETURNS or EXCHANGES are not acceptable unless specified below. If there are any uncertainties, customers are advised to contact us or consult our Sales Representative at our business premise before purchases are made.
  2. DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS must be reported within 7 days upon receiving your order. We will require you to describe the problem in detail and provide us with clear photos showing all defects and/or damages.
    1. If you are eligible to have your item replaced, our company will be responsible for the delivery charges involved.
    2. In the event that the item is out of stock, customers are entitled for a full refund. Our company will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
  3. MISSING or FAULTY PARTS must be reported within 7 days upon receiving your order. We will require you to provide us with clear photos of the faulty parts where relevant.
    1. If you are eligible to have your part replaced, our company will be responsible for the delivery charges involved.
    2. In the event that the replacement part is not available, customers are entitled for a full refund. Our company will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
  4. VARIATIONS in size, colour, shade, veining and texture are inherent in goods such as tiles and natural stones. These variations make them unique. Products with variations within industrial standards are not returnable or exchangeable.
  5. EXTRA QUANTITIES to return will be charged 10% of the total returned value. Customers are responsible for all costs of returning the item.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All goods to be returned or exchanged must be in good, resaleable conditions with their original packaging.
All duties paid are not refundable.
